The lecture was about “Measures to tackle criminality in the state of Rio de Janeiro” and was held in the ABC building on August, 22nd, 2019. The presentation was open to the public of Rio de Janeiro. Mr. Lacerda explained what the state of Rio de Janeiro is doing to reduce criminality and interacted with civilians in order to discuss solutions. On the same day, there was a tribute to Max Paskin, an icon of the Brazil-Israel Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Rio de Janeiro.
