[:en]Last Wednesday (4), the mayor of Tubarão (SC), Joares Ponticelli, received, with the Secretary of Economic Development, Giovani Bernardo and the CEO of the Municipal Health Foundation, Daisson Trevisol, the Ambassador of Israel in Brazil, Yossi Shelley, the head of the Political Department of the Israeli embassy, David Atar and the CEO of Provide Consulting, Rafael Vulej.

The meeting reaffirmed the institutional partnership between the Israeli government and the city of Tubarão, strengthening negotiations with the Israeli trade arm according to the group’s last meeting on July 17, 2019. Last year, Tubarão representatives presented the city and its partnership opportunities with companies linked to Brazil-Israel Chamber.

The group also made a retrospective of all the actions promoted since the mission to Israel, the Med In Israel, which took place in March 2019 and resulted in the arrival of Ben Harel, member of the Board of Directors of Clalit Health Services, to Tubarão.

This meeting discussed the entity institutional support for the health innovation event that is planned for Tubarão this year. One of the requests of Tubarão committee was the support to Med Brazil, the health innovation event that will be held in July. According to Giovani Bernardo, the agenda addressed indications of speakers, the participation of the Ambassador of Israel and institutional support, which was guaranteed.

O encontro reafirmou a parceria institucional entre o governo de Israel e o município de Tubarão, reforçando as negociações com o braço comercial israelense conforme a última reunião do grupo em 17 de julho de 2019. No ano passado, os representantes de Tubarão apresentaram o município e suas oportunidades de parceria com empresas ligadas à Câmara Brasil-Israel.

O grupo fez ainda uma retrospectiva de todas as ações promovidas desde a missão a Israel, o Med In Israel, que ocorreu em março de 2019 e que resultou na vinda de Ben Harel, membro do Conselho de Administração da Clalit Health Services, a Tubarão.

Nesse encontro foi discutido o apoio institucional da entidade ao evento de inovação em saúde que é planejado para Tubarão neste ano. Uma das solicitações da comitiva tubaronense foi o apoio ao Med Brazil, o evento de inovação em saúde que irá acontecer em julho. Segundo Giovani Bernardo, a pauta abordava indicações de palestrantes, a participação do embaixador de Israel e o apoio institucional, que foi garantido.
